1. I didn't get the email after I purchased the video(s).

Check your email spam or trash folder. If you still don't get an email after many minutes you can always just go to the ValentineNetwork.com home page and log in at the top. Once you are in with your account you will see your past purchases and can download from there. If you mis-typed your email you can use the contact form to let me know and I can manually change it to the correct one.

2. I can't download the video.

You have 9 days or 9 attempts to download the videos from the link. After that the link is expired. I can manually reset it if you need a few more tries. The most common issue is a slow internet connection or possibly a mobile device is unable to handle the large size of the video. Try again at home on a desktop computer or try the mobile version.

3. I used the express checkout instead of the longer checkout and do not have a password/account on ValentineNetwork.com

The benefit to making a password is so you can use the login on top of ValentineNetwork.com to see your past purchases. You have 9 days or 9 attempts to use the download links in there to help get a file if you can't get it via the email that was sent to you. If you don't have a password, just use the login with your email address you used to purchase the video and then use the "Forgot My Password" button to get a random password sent to you. Then you can use that to log into your account.
